Just a little about myself, I have been in real estate for over 15 years starting in Nevada and California. My real estate experiance is vast, as I started selling new construction 1994 then progressed to working for banks listing foreclosed properties for them, then on to listing bankruptcy and probate courts properties.
Some of the properties were interesting, movie theaters, junk yard, office building, strip mall, vacant land and of course homes. Some of the homes were construction loan defaults, so they were in differnt stages of construction and that was fun selling those.
