After a well-traveled career in the airline industry in Europe (please don't hold that against me!), my husband and I moved to Naples, Florida. Actually, we had been part-timers on Marco Island where we owned a home since 1989. Then, in 2005, we moved across the bridge to Naples.
How is this going to affect you? Travel and relocation has made me keenly aware of the challenges and rewards of purchasing property in unfamiliar surroundings. Even though you may have been in the area many times before, and have family and friends to advise you, you still need the services of a professional Realtor to enable you to focus on the rewards, and I will take on the challenges.
Adjusting and understanding the changing marketplace is one of my priorities. In order to better serve my customers, I have taken the GRI designation (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) and recently the SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) designation.
