• The tiny town of Mt. Pleasant Pennsylvania, 35 miles east of Pittsburgh is where Marsha Poster was raised by loving parents.  Her parents emphasized the importance of family and she remembers many happy times with her large and wonderful network of family and friends.  The special bond between Marsha and her sister Debbie continues to deepen over the years.  
  
  • She received her Pennsylvania Real Estate License in 1979 and is a former Pennsylvania Sales Associate and Referral Agent. Moving to SW Florida in May 2003…the first agenda item was to get her Florida Real Estate License. 
  • She earned her undergraduate degree from the College of Design Arts at Drexel University in Philadelphia
  • She Earned a Master of Science and Doctorate degrees from the University of Pittsburgh. 
  • She was an administrator, educator & fund-raiser at Carnegie Mellon University for over twenty-seven years.
