Greetings…I was originally from New Jersey where I received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. In 1984 I moved to San Diego and discovered southwest architecture and the beautiful Pacific coastline. After 7 years, I relocated to the heart of Tampa and lived in Historic Hyde Park Village along Bayshore Blvd. For me, living on or close to the water has always been a blessing. From the northeast, to the southwest, and then to the west coast of Florida, I had the wonderful opportunity to appreciate the diverse architecture of million dollar homes.
Real estate investments, architecture and remodeling properties of opportunity were my hobby. In 2001, I applied these skills and began real estate development in Beautiful Bonita Springs, Florida on a full time basis. As an engineer and project manager, I focused my passion on the design and construction of Luxury Waterfront Residences. In collaboration with some of the areas finest architects, designers and builders, we delivered outstanding products and true value to new homeowners.
