To keep updated with the current market, I received my designation as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (the only designation awarded through the National Association of Realtors) and as a Certified Default Resolution Specialist. With these designations, I am able to advise homeowners at risk for foreclosure as to what their options are. At times, a short sale may be warranted, and with my specialized short sale training, I can help homeowners navigate the process. In addition, I can help buyers navigate their way through a short sale and advise them on what to expect from the process.
I was born and raised in Nashua, NH. I graduated from the University of New Hampshire and the Dickinson School of Law (Penn State). After law school, I practiced transactional law at a large Philadelphia law firm. During my early years, I spent many winters shoveling snow off the driveway to my house in NH and Philadelphia. The day after my honeymoon, my husband and I moved to Naples. Yes, it was a hectic move for me, but at least there was no more shoveling snow in my future! Being from a cold climate, I understand why people are drawn to Naples. We have gorgeous weather, beautiful beaches and amazing wildlife. Being a Naples transplant, I remember the excitement and stress that moving brought, and my goal is for my clients to have as smooth a transaction as possible.
