Frank’s career began on Wall St, both on the floor of the NYSE, and on trading desks at Goldman Sachs. While there, he became involved with high end residential properties and the unlimited potential of the real estate industry.
From the trading desk he was tapped to be Project Manager for the construction and sale of the first residential tower built by WCI Communities outside of Florida. It was the hugely successful 212 residence Watermark tower overlooking midtown Manhattan.
Frank was involved in the management and pre-sale planning of multiple tower projects in the Northeast; Boston, Westchester, and New Jersey.
In Naples, Frank has created more real estate success as he has enjoyed selling the Moraya Bay Beach Tower from its’ pre-construction phase to currently over 50% sold out.
“Growing up near the shore, I have always had a love of the beach and the water. I wanted to live and raise a family near the water. My family has had roots in Naples since the 1980’s, first in Pelican Bay and moving to Bay Colony as Naples grew. I saw the opportunity in Naples to be successful in the real estate industry. I have always felt that others would want to come and enjoy the unparalleled quality of life we have here.”
“Naples is such a special place….I met my wife, Allison, here while we were both visiting our parents in Bay Colony. We were married at the Bay Colony Golf Club in 2005. We love the community and raising our two children here.”
