Born and raised in Southern California, on the beaches of Santa Monica, Malibu and Ventura, Kathi moved and lived in New York City for 15 years for a career in Fashion Accessories. Design, Marketing and National Sales became a career of choice and opened up a network both Nationally and Internationally. Kathi currently has her own Sterling Silver Buckle Collection, with interchangable straps and will probably always dabble in the industry. She sells direct to the retail trade and offers her products to the consumer as well. www.kathikilburn.com
In 1998, Kathi moved to Naples, Florida and added to her fashion career, General Construction. This included, commerical renovations, site planning, land development, residential construction, adminstration and her favorite both design & sales.
Becoming a licensed real estate agent, seemed the appropriate next step and a great addition to what she enjoys, knows well and see's herself doing long term. More recently, Kathi was asked to join the property managment & rental department and is now adding more experience to her already impressive portfoilio.
Her passions, are obivious, design marketing building and sales... her personal hobbies include, running, skipping rope, sewing and being playful with her cat Calvin. Kathi has been a volunteer to many organizations for the last 15-20 years and will keep her hand in some flavor of giving back to others. Its not only rewarding but a joy to bring comfort, happiness or friendship to those who lack that in their life.
