Lois Higer and real estate go way back. She spent many a summer's afternoon tooling around in the back seat of the family car in between Bayside with Penobscot Bay swims and the Rangley Lakes area camps, listening to her parents debate the finer points of Maine beauty and waterfront. After leaving home and becoming wife and mother of three beauitful girls she found herself entertaining and showing Company client's families the Penobscot Bay area of Maine while their husbands transacted business dealings in the Maine Poultry industry. It soon became apparent that Lois could "sell" her area of the coast. Blame it on Maine.....off to the University of Maine in Augusta for accredited classes in Real Estate Law, Evaluation and Practice. From this point on there has been no ending to her real estate story. It is her passion. When you fall in love with it you can sell it, and falling in love with Naples was next big step. She a connoisseur of knowledge on what it is like to live on or near the water. She understands that buying and selling homes is about far more than shelter and location and finances, although each of these is equally paramount. She treats her buyer and seller interests and investments as if they were her own, with an eye for detail and absolute integrity at every turn.
