Pat A. Kennedy

Originally from Rumson, N.J. and Southampton, N.Y. my love of Naples goes back to 1972 when I first became a resident.  I am passioate about this area I call paradise and have watched it grow over the years.  Naples is sophisticated yet low key with an abundace of warm, easy going, friendly people.  My background in interior design led me to open a retail shop in Naples offering highend home and garden furnishings and accessories.  I owned and operated "Chelsea Gardens" for 16 years prior to entering the real estate profession.  My earlier experiece was in the field of sports having served on the Board of the Women's Sports Foudation during the critical time prior to the passage of Title 9.  I owned and operated my own business which icluded public relations, event planning and promotions, marketing etc.  All of my previous business experience and years of living in Naples allows me to service buyers and sellers at the highest level.  I am proud to be associated with Coldwell Banker, the leader in the real estae profssion.  I specialize in the marketing and sellig of luxury properties in Naples.  If you are consdering buying or selling let me help you.  Together we can accomplish your real estate goals.
