One of my favorite quotes is "Never Confuse Motion with Action" written by Benjamin Franklin. This may be because of my Philadelphia upbringing at least in part and I would like to believe that some of Ben's wisdom rubbed off by being in close proximity to his legacy. If only it was that easy! I have always been involved in the Real Estate Industry in some form or another since 1974 and here in Florida for the last twenty five years or so. Through great markets or bad in both locales I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. Yes, real estate is a challenge in today's World although it does not need to be a daunting experience.
