Our Real Estate Division is a multi disciplined group of individuals that provide a wide range of services under the Real Estate umbrella. We have over 10 years experience in the field of Real Estate Appraisal coupled with our expanded Real Estate Brokerage expertise providing consultation, negotiation capabilities and buyer/seller representation.
My appraisal expertise encompasses a wide range of property types from residential developments to wet land acquisitions by State and Federal agencies. Our primary focus in the appraisal sector is that of litigation based assignments that would include eminent domain/condemnation representation for both the condemning authority as well as the property owner; bankruptcy presentations as an expert witness and legal support and various other real estate issues that require expertise and attorney support.
