Cynthia has been providing real estate services to Naples Buyers and Sellers, since 2005. She sold over 50 properties in 2009, which awarded her the Emerald Circle of Excellence and in 2010 she was awarded the Gold Circle of Excellence. Her primary focus is luxury properties in Naples and Bonita Springs, however due to the needs of clients, she became proficient in Short Sales. Cynthia is Platinum Certified in the Equator system, an online application serving the lender institutions in short sales. Cynthia prides herself on being a local knowledge expert.
Cynthia's priorities revolve around her goal to provide the absolute best customer experience for her clients. As a Seller's agent, she differentiates herself from other agents in the industry with her superior quality of marketing and attention to fine detail in her listings. As a Buyer's agent, she goes the extra mile to achieve her buyer's goals.
Cynthia grew up in Boston, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from University of Massachusetts, Boston. She is a Boston Red Sox fan, and of course a Boston Bruins fan. She is married with two young boys ages 6 & 3, in Naples.
