Anita specializes in Naples luxury properties and high quality investment real estate "From Gulf to Golf". Her comprehensive experience includes not only residential re-sales and pre-construction, but more complicated transactions such as Residential Trades, 1031 Tax Free Exchanges and Self-Directed IRAs. Most recently, Anita has earned the SFR and CDPE designations to help homeowners in the current market as a "Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource" and "Certified Distressed Property Expert", as well as the RSPS designation which focuses on the Resort and Second Home market.
Anita holds her BS degree in Finance and BA in Economics from Rutgers University and The School of Business in New Brunswick, NJ. She is a Graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where she earned her Masters degree in International Business in 1998, having studied in London, Paris, Hong Kong, mainland China, and Kyoto, Japan. She is also a graduate of London School of Business, earning their Accelerated Development (ADP) designation in 2000.
Anita is a 2006 Leadership Development Graduate of NABOR (Naples Area Board of Realtors®), where she currently serves on three diverse local committees. Anita recently received the distinct honor of being nominated for a two year position as Director of NABOR, serving in 2010 and 2011. She is also an active member of BEAR (Bonita-Estero Association of Realtors®) and WCR (Women's Council of Realtors®).
Anita is the proud recipient of both of John R. Wood's "Emerald and Platinum Circles of Excellence" awards. She has also received the Women's Council's 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 "Top Producer, Superior Sales" award as well as the 2007 "Shining Star" award for her contributions to the Chapter. Most recently, Anita has been asked to serve as the Chapter's 2010 President-Elect, which places her in line for the Chapter's Presidency in 2011 for WCR's second largest chapter in the country, Naples-on-the-Gulf. She has served as the chapter's V.P. of Membership in 2009, and Treasurer in 2008. Anita had also been elected to the Florida State 2009 Nominating Committee for Women's Council and has been selected for their 2010 Education Committee and 2009 State Marketing Committee. Anita has served on the State level as a FR Director (Florida Realtors®) for 2 years, and has continued to volunteer her time on three State Committees since 2007. Locally, Anita is co-chairing “Dress for Success”, a campaign to empower and help the women of the Shelter for Abused Women and Children in Naples, FL return to the workforce.
Anita is known for her dedication to professionalism and her focus on superior customer service. As a result, she has been awarded Gulfshore Life Magazine's prestigious "Best in Client Satisfaction" 5 Star award every year since its inception.
Anita lives in Naples with her husband Bill and her 3 year old "personality plus" poodle-bichon frise named "Chiclet".
