Joe originally moved to Naples in 1980 while attending high school. His family has been in real estate, in Naples, for over 25 years and he currently has over 15 years experience in the field he grew up around. He has a tremendous amount of experience in the new home sales and marketing arena and was a VP of Sales and Marketing as well as an Operations Manager for one of the largest builder/developers in the nation. In 2003 Joe teamed up with family members to start Prestige Properties of South Florida, an independent boutique firm specializing in luxury residential and commercial properties. Joe still works with several local high end builders, marketing and selling new homes in communities such as Royal Harbor, Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, The Moorings and Park Shore. In addition he has worked with buyers and sellers throughout all of Collier and Lee County and is waiting to assist you with your real estate needs.
