I consider myself very fortunate to be able to sell real estate in such a wonderful city. In 2004, I ranked in the top 1% of Realtors nationwide in Sales. I produced over $15 million in sales and was named Selling Agent of the Month for August 2004 (out of 550+ agents). I received the “Top Performance Award” for Downing-Frye Realty in 2004 and 2005.
I currently hold the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation, a designation that less than 14% of all Realtors hold and the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), one that less than 5% of all Realtors hold. I have also completed the course, “Creating Wealth Through Residential Real Estate” which has helped educate me on how to analyze potential investment properties. My education, in addition to my experience will prove to be valuable in your real estate transaction.
