I moved to Naples from Maine in 1994 after retiring from a 28-year career in Law Enforcement. In 1995 I started a business with my wife Rachel called Residence Checking which we ran together until 2000 at which time I obtained my Florida Real Estate License and shortly after my Florida Mortgage Brokers License. Rachel continued to operate Residence Checking until it was sold in 2005. My long close and current affiliation with Law Enforcement Officers, Fire Fighters, and related personnel has generated many transactions for me since entering the business.
