Mitch has over 25 years of real estate experience & Sandra has 21 years experience, in Southwest Florida. The Williams' objective is to assist astute buyers and sellers in understanding and maximizing their sale and purchase of real estate. Sandra began a career in Naples residential real estate in 1988. Originally from Michigan, she has been a Naples resident in sales since 1976. Sandra attended Edison College studying business management and earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. Mitch’s real estate experience originates in International real estate investment, He worked for WCI Communities winning several top producer and sales leader awards for developments including Pelican Marsh and Tarpon Cove. He graduated from Marshall University with a degree in accounting. Mitch earned the Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation is a former CPA and has credentials in investment securities. In 2007, he earned the EcoBroker Certified® designation, a training program on the energy and environmental issues that affect real estate transactions. EcoBroker® is a partner with Building America. Mitch and Sandra have two children and enjoy boating, fishing, golf and the beach. Together, they have successfully helped a long list of families and friends create their own Southwest Florida lifestyles!
