Finding an experienced Realtor with knowledge about the market is extremely important. Having additional certifications shows commitment to the profession and some expertise. My real estate certifications include being an e-PRO, and a CRS. Being involved in hundreds of transactions throughout the over 13 years that I have been a Realtor has involved many unique circumstances and provided a treasure of experience. I have worked for and with numerous builders and developers. In general real estate, I have worked with brokerages that have hundreds of agents, and small boutique firms too. In the past, I have also held other professional licenses and registrations in real estate, insurance, and securities. Currently, I am the General Manager for Gulf Cities Realty.
That's nice. However, none of that is as important as you are, the client whom I am working with. In general, clients don't care about what "I know" until they KNOW THAT I CARE. The best deal is the deal that is best for you. I always keep that in mind.

Buying or selling a home is one of the most important transactions in the lives of most people. Because of that, it is important that you work with someone you trust and feel is a market expert with integrity. The responsibilty of handling your transaction smoothly and professionally is something that I take very seriously. Integrity is about keeping promises. I won't make promises that can't be kept.
LOCAL EXPERTISE
I am a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors, the Greater Ft Myers and Beach Board of Realtors, Florida, and National Associations of Realtors. I am very adept at the foreclosure process, and am made aware of many foreclosures before they are even final. My company also has affiliated businesses with a general contractor, kitchen/bath remodeling with on site designer, flooring, cabinet and counter top show room, and a title company to fully serve almost any of your needs with local experts. I know the local market conditions and economy. I will do the leg work, keeping you up-to-date with new listings and conditions as they impact the market. I will make the process as pleasurable and stress-free an experience for you as I can.
PERSONAL
A Southwest Floridian since 1971, graduate of Naples High School, and Florida State University, Father of one son who plays football at Barron Collier, and have been a Scoutmaster in Boy Scouts since 2002.
