Terry started her real estate career in 1978 as co-owner of a Century 21 Real Estate office, and was the regional Corporate Relocation Director for Century 21 in Tampa, Florida. She expanded her involvement in real estate by moving into mortgage lending as a private mortgage insurance underwriter. She was Vice President of two leading bank mortgage departments in Georgia, and was Operations Manager for one of the country’s most prestigious builder / mortgage companies. With her 26 years experience in the real estate business, she has provided thousands of homebuyers with the opportunity to acquire their perfect home. Terry returned to real estate sales in 2002 and is now with the IslandWalk Team. She thoroughly enjoys helping her clients through the financing and “purchasing” of their dream homes. Terry will provide that “personal service” you want when buying or selling your home.
