Adell has been selling real estate properties in Naples for the ten years. Her prior jobs included working as an Account Executive for Aramis and Bobbi Brown Cosmetics (both a division of Estee Lauder, Inc) and Lancaster Group USA Cosmetics and Fragrance Division.
She has earned the distinguished designations of GRI from the Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, Accredited Buyers Representative and is currently working on earning the Certified Residential Specialist designation. By continuing her education she enhances an already savvy foundation of real estate laws, consumer protection, technology and investor strategies.
Adell successfully helps clients to execute 1031 exchanges, self directed IRA property purchases and primary or secondary buying or selling. She sells in the Naples and Bonita Springs area.
