Dave and Ann are full time professionals originally from Akron, Ohio. Dave and Ann bring depth and breadth to their real estate careers each with over 20 years in the sales and marketing fields. Dave graduated from Denison University with a B.A. in Economics and spent the majority of his career prior to real estate in the marketing and designing of employee benefit and insurance programs. Just prior to beginning his real estate career, he was a regional sales manager for a large national health insurance company. Ann graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. in Languages and spent several years in the sales and marketing of employee benefit software programs. For over 12 years, Ann has been selling real estate and prior to establishing business in Naples, was in the top 25 of a large independent Real Estate Firm in Cleveland, Ohio. In Naples, Dave and Ann have had siginificant success in the real estate business and have taken pride in the constant influx of testimonials from very happy clients. Prior to joining Premier Properties, Dave and Ann enjoyed a position in the top 11% of a very large international real estate company.
