Carol S. Yates is a native of Indiana and a graduate of Metropolitan State College, Denver, CO, with a B.S. in Law Enforcement & Women's Studies. She is a retired detective from the Denver Police Department. Carol has resided in Naples since 1993. Carol is a past president of the Board of the Shelter for Abused Women, former president of the River Oaks HOA, treasurer of the Lakewood Condo III Board, former Chair of the Professional Recognition Committee for the Naples Area Board of Realtors and is the current co-chair of the Community Involvement Committee. Carol has been an instructor and resource for the Collier County Consortium Homebuyer Classes for over 6 years and has been involved with the affordable housing issue in Collier County for many years. She has her GRI designation and recently received the Humanitarian of the Year Award from the Naples Area Board of Realtors. Carol has been a member of the Home Consultant Team for the past 5 years with partner, Kirstin Vega, and has been with the ERA Faust Realty Group for 11 years. Kirstin and Carol have been part of the ERA National Leadership Team 4 out of the past 5 years and participate on their local Leadership Team.
