Fred Kermani CCIM, AIA, joined CB Richard Ellis Ft. Myeres-Naples, FL as a partner, in January 2002. He is a licensed Broker and Architect in Florida and California. Kermani is able to offer a unique service to his clients due to his extensive experience is design, planning and real estate, domestically as well as internationally. His multi-disciplinary background helps him to better serve his clients by saving them time and money and allows him to offer his clients a full gamut of services. Through feasibility studies and investment analysis, he assists his clients in making decisions on alternative investment opportunities and exploring the best use of their properties. Kermani's track record of succcess indicates that his hard work is paying off.

Kermani has over 26 years of real estate and 42 years of planning/design experience overseas and in the U.S. Kermani was instrumental in a number of major city master plans and transport networks earlier in his career. Most recently, he has been involved in numerous significant commercial real estate transactions including vacant land and investment properties in Collier and Lee Counties.
