A Wisconsin native, Norma was a broker with Horseshoe Bay in Austin, Texas. This experience boosted an interest in the Sun Belt. When I decided to make a move to the south, Naples was my only choice. After touring the entire west coast of Florida, I reconfirmed Naples was the ideal location.
Also worked with a Hartland, Wisconsin firm selling lake and country real estate.
Probably most important was my exposure to real estate via my first husband's custom home building and land developement. We worked hand in hand finding the acreage and putting together developments. Every facet of building was revealed to me for 20 years of this venture.
I have been in Naples for 21 years and have loved every minute of it. The winter climate is everything they say it is. Even the summers have their own unique flowering vegetation and the Gulf of Mexico becomes a tepid bath. I couldn't envision myself ever returning to WINTER UP NORTH.
