Given the nickname 'Queenie' because of her dedication to her profession, Elaine Ritchie became the Queen of Real Estate and continues her committment to be the best at what she does. Elaine graduated from Bristol Community College in Massachesetts in1976 where she received an associate degree. She then graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1980 with a B.A. degree in Education. Elaine pledges: 'I am committed to Real Estate. Should you decide to list or buy from me, I promise to work hard to sell you a home or sell your home as quickly as possible. I work on a commission basis and don't get paid until I sell, so I will give you 110% of my time and efforts.'
Elaine started with Century 21 in 1987 and came to the ERA franchise in 1994 and has become a leader in the organization. From 1988 to 1994 she quickly became a multi-million dollar producer. Presently, she was recognized as being in the top 100 ERA REALTORS in the country...top 3 in the state of Florida...and number 1 in Collier County. She has closed over $10,000,000 each year for the past 5 years. The Women's Council of REALTORS has recognized her as one of the extra-ordinary REALTORS.
Elaine is a member of the Women's Council of REALTORS, Naples Area Board of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS.
