Karen Sweatlock has received several real estate designations in her career! Those include, Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtors®Institute (GRI), Leadership Training Graduate (LTG),and Professional Management Network (PMN). Karen has received top honors at John R. Wood as well as holds top leadership positions within her profession. In 2004 and 2005, Karen was the President of the Women's Council of Realtors®Naples-On-The-Gulf Chapter. She was named the 2006 "REALTOR OF THE YEAR" for the Naples Area Board of Realtors. She was named RPAC Chairman of the Year in 2002 for the State of Florida. Karen is originally from Sea Isle City, Cape May County, New Jersey. She has two daughters, Kimberly and Jennifer and a new grandson, Braydon.
