Patsy has been a Collier county resident since 1957, after relocating from Ohio. She began her real estate career in 1968 and just as Naples area has grown, Patsy too has expanded her knowledge and expertise in the industry. She has earned the Graduate Realtors Institure and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and has served on various committees of both Florida Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
During her real estate career, she has been named both REALTOR® Associate of the year and REALTOR® of the year by the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR) and was electred President of Nabor for 1995. As president she was made aware of community issues as well and state and national legislation that effect the real estate and business community. In 1997 Patsy earned the presigious AD MLLER Award for her work in preserving and protecting private property rights. She continues to stay involved in governmental issues which affect private property rights as well as serving on several committees at the local level. In April 2004, Patsy was selected to the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® Hall of Fame.
